Conference Interpreting
Ensure your event’s presenter will be able to communicate with the audience with an interpreter. Our interpreter(s) will be present at the conference or event and will use professional language interpretation equipment to listen to the presenter through headphones. Then, with only a momentary delay, will repeat the information in the language required for the audience. Audio from our interpreter(s) will be transmitted wirelessly those in the audience wearing receivers and earphones.
In Person Interpretation
Our interpreters are professional and accurate. Their presence will ensure smooth communication in any setting, including medical, legal, social services, education, government, and more! Our in-person interpretation services are offered in 58 languages, including American Sign Language. With our amount of experience, we can handle interpreting in just about any setting - be it medical, school meetings, legal proceedings, and more. Our reliable and certified interpreters and translators have provided countless hours of service in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. We will also travel to accommodate clients outside our region. Ms. Flower's interpreters will be where you need them, when you need them. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year!
Telephonic Interpretation
Our telephonic interpretation services can be scheduled anytime to meet your unique needs promptly and professionally. Our over-the-telephone interpreter services are available in over 58 languages and can service industries including medical, business, and legal. Ms. Flower's interpreters are also very knowledgeable in healthcare related topics, ensuring the correct phrases and meanings are communicated every time.
Document Translation
We offer document translation services by an expert translator, not by computer alone. After a translator has personally finished the translation, the translation is then double-checked by our computerized system. We work this way to ensure that you get the best results possible! We are available to translate a variety of documents for your personal and business needs, including legal forms, contracts, marriage certificates, birth and death certificates, brochures, catalogs, medical documents, and more!
L&I Services
Interpreter referrals and support for Labor and Industries (L&I) are available at NO COST to you. Ms. Flower's Interpreters & Translators are an active provider for Washington State Department of L&I. This allows any L&I Worker's Compensation or L&I Crime Victim insured patient to have access to an L&I interpreter at no cost. Contact Ms. Flower’s team when you need an L&I interpreter and enjoy the benefits of working with an agency as opposed to independent interpreters. When requesting an interpreter for your L&I insured patient, please provide open L&I claim number, date of injury, provider name, and claim manager information for self-insured claims.
